| 摘 要： | 对沈阳市某肉鸡养殖场的85例病死鸡进行大肠埃希菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性试验,结果分离到大肠埃希菌62株,分离率为72.9%,分离菌株对头孢氨苄全部耐药,对其余抗菌药物的耐药率在0~88.7%之间,多重耐药情况普遍。

Isolation,Identification and Drug Susceptibility Tests of Escherichia coli Isolates Obtained from a Chicken Farm in Shenyang |

| Abstract: | In this study,Escherichia coli strains were isolated from 85 sick or dead chickens in Shenyang.I-solates were identified,and drug susceptibility tests were carried out.The results showed that,62 isolates were obtained with the 72.9% isolation rate.All isolates were resistant to cefalexin and 0-88.7% to other antibacterial agents.The multi-drug resistance was widespread. |
