摘    要:本试验旨在探索木薯叶粉对鹅生长性能和血液生理生化指标的影响。选用28日龄体重相近、健康的海南本地杂交鹅108只,随机分成3组,每个组6个重复,每个重复6只鹅。Ⅰ组(对照组)饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组饲粮中分别添加5%、10%木薯叶粉。试验期42 d。结果表明:1)Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组体重和平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05),Ⅲ组平均日采食量显著高于Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组(P0.05),Ⅱ组料重比显著低于Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组(P0.05)。2)Ⅱ组血液平均红细胞体积显著高于Ⅲ组(P0.05),Ⅲ组血液红细胞体积分布宽度显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P0.05),其他血液生理指标各组间无显著差异(P0.05)。3)Ⅲ组血液谷丙转氨酶活性显著低于Ⅰ组(P0.05),Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组血液白蛋白含量显著高于Ⅲ组(P0.05),Ⅱ组血液葡萄糖含量显著高于Ⅰ组(P0.05),其他血液生化指标各组间无显著差异(P0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加木薯叶粉能提高鹅生长性能,不会影响鹅的健康,木薯叶粉添加量为5%时效果较好。

Effects of Cassava Leaf Meal on Growth Performance and Blood Physiological and Biochemical Indexes of Geese
Abstract:This experiment was conducted to study the effects of cassava leaf meal on growth performance and blood physiological and biochemical indexes of geese. A total of 108 healthy 28-day-old Hainan indigenous geese with similar body weight were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 6 geese per replicate. Geese in the group Ⅰ ( control group) were fed a basal diet, and the others were fed diets supple-mented with 5% ( group Ⅱ) and 10% cassava leaf meal ( group Ⅲ) , respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 days. The results showed as follows:1) the body weight and average daily gain of groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly higher than those of group Ⅰ (P<0.05), the average daily feed intake of group Ⅲ was signifi-cantly higher than that of groupsⅠandⅡ( P<0.05) , the feed to gain ratio of groupⅡwas significantly low-er than that of groups Ⅰ and Ⅲ ( P<0.05) . 2) The blood mean corpuscular volume of group Ⅱ was signifi-cantly higher than that of group Ⅲ (P<0.05), the red blood cell distribution width of group Ⅲ was signifi-cantly higher than that of groups Ⅰ and Ⅱ (P<0.05), and there were no significantly differences on other blood physiological indexes among all groups ( P>0.05) . 3) The blood glutamic-pyruvic transaminase activity of group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of group Ⅰ ( P<0.05) , the blood albumin content of groups Ⅰand Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of group Ⅲ (P<0.05), the blood glucose content of group Ⅱ was significantly higher than that of groupⅠ( P<0.05) , and there were no significantly differences on other blood biochemical indexes among all groups ( P>0.05) . In conclusion, diet supplemented with cassava leaf meal can improve the growth performance of geese, and is not harmful to health. The suitable supplemental level of cas-sava leaf meal is 5%.
