某规模化猪场伪狂犬病的诊断

河南平顶山某猪场母猪出现较严重的流产和产死胎现象,且50日龄~70日龄仔猪出现神经症状,根据临床表现初步诊断为伪狂犬病。为排除猪繁殖与呼吸综合征和猪瘟,进行了实验室诊断。应用ELISA方法检测发病保育猪及母猪血清的伪狂犬病病毒野毒株gE抗体,并对发病仔猪病料进行了伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)和猪瘟病毒(CSFV)的实时荧光定量PCR检测。结果显示,伪狂犬病病毒野毒抗体阳性,实时荧光定量PCR检测确定仔猪病料中PRV核酸阳性,PRRSV和CSFV核酸阴性。结合临床症状及实验室检测,确诊该猪场发生的是猪伪狂犬病。

Diagnosis of Porcine Pseudorabies in a Large-scale Pig Farm

Some sows appear serious abortion and stillbirth in a pig farm in Pingdingshan city Henan prov-ince,and 50-70 day old piglets appear neurological symptoms.According to the clinical manifestations,the disease was primarily diagnosed as pseudorabies.The laboratory diagnosis was done in order to exclude the porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS)and classical swine fever (CSF).The gE antibody in the sera to wild strain of pseudorabies virus was detected in nursery pigs and sows by ELISA,and sick piglet samples were detected for pseudorabies virus (PRV),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV)and classical swine fever virus (CSFV)by real-time PCR.ELISA results showed that the pseudorabies virus antibody was positive,real-time PCR determined the pseudorabies virus nucleic acids was positive,but the nucleic acids of PRRSV and CSFV were negative in sick piglets.With a combination of clinical manifestations and laboratory tests,the definitive diagnosis was made as porcine pseudorabies in the farm.
