金银花灰毡毛忍冬组培快繁技术研究

摘    要:利用金银花灰毡毛忍冬春季的茎段进行组织培养,筛选出了灰毡毛忍冬不同组培阶段适宜的培养基配方,结果认为:在初级培养阶段为A9号(MS+0.10 mg/LBA+0.10 mg/LIBA)培养基,外植体的分化率达92.50%;在继代培养阶段为B8号(MS+1.50 mg/LBA+0.05mg/L NAA)培养基,不仅灰毡毛忍冬苗生长旺盛,而且具有较高的增殖系数,增殖倍数达4倍以上;在生根培养阶段为C3号(1/2MS+1.50mg/L NAA)培养基,试管苗生根率达95%、驯化成活率达92%以上。

Abstract:Using stem of honeysuckle Lonicera macranthoides growing in the spring in tissue culture,the appropriate tissue culture medium formula at different stages for Lonicera macranthoides were screened.Results showed that:in the initial training phase with the culture medium A9(MS+ 0.10 mg/LBA+0.10 mg/LIBA),differential ratio of explant reaches 92.50%;in the subculture stage with the culture medium B8(MS+1.50 mg/L BA+0.05 mg/L NAA),not only Lonicera macranthoides spout grews vigorously,but also with high multipli...
