Analysis on the Self-management Capacity-building of College Students in Internet Era

For college students, good self-management is the basis of civilized development and harmonious success.Self- management capacity are essential qua/ides of contemporary college students, but also the inevitable requirement of thereform of higher education system. In the Internet era, college students have been impacted by diversified information. To adapt to social development and effectively develop their potential and improve their overall quality, it is necessary to strengthen the capacity- building of self-management. This paper analyzed the importance of good self-management capacity, and how to improve it, which provided reference for improving the self-management capacity in the Internet era.
