| 摘 要： | 青岛市是我国北部沿海重要的港口城市、滨海旅游胜地和著名的海洋科技城，在发展海洋休闲渔业方面有许多优势。发展海洋休闲渔业，可以优化青岛的海洋渔业结构，丰富青岛的海洋旅游形式。文中在全面分析目前青岛海洋休闲渔业存在问题的基础上，提出了发展海洋休闲渔业应制定科学合理的战略发展规划、完善管理体制、多元化发展等对策与途径。

| Abstract: | As a famous coastal city and summer resort,Qingdao has lots of advantages and characteristics in developing ocean recreational fishery. To develop recreational fishery can modify the construction of fishing industry,widen the territory of ocean tourist industry of Qingdao city. In this paper, the author thoroughly analyzed the problems in ocean recreational fishery of Qingdao, and found out some countermeasures and ways to develop ocean recreational fishery. |
