目标规划和线性规划两步优化法在森林收获调整中的应用

摘    要:本文以福建省松溪县1986年二类森林资源调查、营林及木材经营等经济核算资料为基础,本着森林资源永续利用的原则,应用线性规划和目标规划两步优化法对松溪县的杉木、马尾松、阔叶林三个经营类型的用材林分别进行了收获调整.建立了3个多目标数学规划模型,选择的目标为木材收获、材种出材量及净现收入.调整结果表明该方法能很好解决林业经营中的多目标问题,能较好地满足决策者的决策目标,可以用于统筹林业生产管理活动,制订科学的生产管理方案.

Abstract:According to the successive surveys made in 1986 on the secondary forest resources and the economic calculated data about afforestation and timber management,and based on the principle of using the forest resources forever,the-step optimum of the linear programming and goal programming is used to study the forest yield regulation on Chinese fir, masson's pine, and pulp-wood forest in Songxi County;three multiobjective mathmatical programming models are established;three goals,which are selected in each model,are maximization of timber yield,quatity of assortment out-turn and discounted revenue. The results suggested that the two-step optimum if more flexble and practical in meeting the needs of forest practice and making plan for the yield regulation.
