| Abstract: | Based on the inventory data through remote sensing, the thematic mapping of plot distribution and forest distribution sketch map of Simao prefecture, natural forest protection project sites and key ecological engineering sites of Yunnan province were accomplished by using GIS software. The process of mapping, output and technical points were illustrated. This method could be used on forestry thematic mapping. |
