| 摘 要： | 基于新时期西藏扶贫开发面临的主要形势和紧迫任务,结合2009年8月对西藏扶贫开发状况的深入实地调研,主要分析了当前西藏自治区的整乡推进扶贫开发、特色产业扶贫开发、党政机关定点扶贫开发、小少民族扶贫开发、边境地区扶贫开发五大扶贫实践,对相关扶贫开发的实践经验进行了总结,利用其宝贵经验来指导我国少数民族地区的扶贫开发实践工作。
