江苏农业结构调整与龙头企业发展的实践

农业产业化龙头企业具有开拓市场、赢得市场的能力，担负着技术创新、引导和组织基地生产与农户经营的重任，是推动农业结构战略性调整的骨干力量。近年来，江苏农业产业化龙头企业强势增长，成为拉动农业结构战略性调整的重要动力。本文提出了促进龙头企业发展壮大的基本思路及对策。

On the Adjustment of Agricultural Structure and the Development of Top Enterprises

The top enterprises with farming industrialization have the ability of exploiting and winning the market, play a major role in innovating technology, leading and managing the base production and farming household. In recent years, there is great increase of top enterprises with farming industrialization in Jiangsu, which is the important driving force to push the strategic adjustment of farming structure. This paper aims to produce some thinking ways and countermeasures to promote the top enterprises.
