| 摘 要： | 证券投资基金是十分重要的金融工具，我国的证券投资基金才刚刚起步，立法的缺陷导致目前证券投资基金行业存在很多问题，严重损伤了投资者的积极性。本文主要探讨了基金管理人的法定义务(忠实、注意义务)，及其监督机制。
