| Abstract: | Owing to the rapid development of the economic globalization, it is quite urgent to speed up the setting -up of the independent directors system and the standardization of the legal person administering structure of the corporations.On the basis of the experiences of Britain and USA, the article demonstrates the significance of the work and probes into some problems that should be solved when we do this work in China. |
