| 摘 要： | 本文从思想政治教育是双向互动和思想转化过程的统一，来考察教育和自我教育的动态作用机理，论述自我教育是思想政治教育取得良好效果的基础和关键，同时也是思想政治教育的有效途径和必须遵循的原则;并从现代教育观注重自我教育的角度，为加强和改进新时期思想政治教育工作探寻新的原则和方法。
