One Man Company and It's Application in China

One man company is a new form of companies which emerged (luring the development of the company system and towards which the attitude varies from country to country. Therefore, one man company becomes a popular topic in the theory of company law. Based on the exploration and analysis of the legislation of one man company in several countries, this paper has a analysis and statement about the reason that one man company is admitted and the state of its application in our country, and put forwards how to solve the problems which one man company encounters, so as to bring benefits to the legislation of one man company in our country.
