| 摘 要： | 农科教结合是一项涉及农业、科技、教育等多部门的系统工程.它是落实科教兴农.钱略的重要举措。本文通过对农科教结合系统的组织结构和运行机制的分析，指出了当前农科教结合工作中存在的主要问题和原因。阐述了新形势下如何建立一个有效的组织系统来推进农科教结合工作。

| Abstract: | The combination of agriculture, research and education, which involves various departments concerned, is a systematic project strategy in developing agriculture by means of scientific research and education. This article analyzes its structure system and operating mechanism, and points out the causes fir the existing problems. It also deals with the establishment of an effective system in improving the combination work. |
