| Abstract: | Since JIANG Ze - min made his speech in July 1st, 2001, it is confirmed by the Party that every outstanding member in the new social stratums may he permitted to join the Party. This is a great development in the theory on the construction of the Party. We should advance our construction of the Party on the basis of regarding the multiformity in the components of the Party
members correctly. |
