| Abstract: | This paper focuses on the analysis and study of the relationship under the current employment conditions, between the psychological characters of college graduates, the change of the psychology in the course of the selections, the evaluation point and the job - hunting psychology. The states of the job - hunting psychology are primarily de-scribed, and some measures about the education of the job - hunting psychology are presented. |
