| Abstract: | To narrow the gap between the urban and the rural, and to increase the peasants'' income, the articale believes that it is necessary to adopt measures as following: expanding the export of agricultural products with competetive strengths, putting more investment into foundmental construction of agriculture, implementing the strategy for promoting agriculture by science and technology, developing non - agriculture industries, quickening the movement of surpluses labor force, and broadening the way of increasing peasants'' earnings as well as reducing the burden of peasants. |
