| Abstract: | The small - medium enterprises play important roles in the state economy. With the development of economic globalization and the social division of labor, there has been an inevitable trend towards internationalization of the management of the small - medium enterprises. The paper analyses the problems facing the country'' s small - medium enterprises in their management. It also brings forward the according countermeasures and proposals. |
