摘    要:阐述了研制的1GH-6型水田化肥深施机的工作原理,主要结构和工作性能,对该机对水稻生长的影响进行了实验分析。结果表明,与常规人工撒施肥相比,应用1GH-6型水田化肥深施机不但节省肥料,而且可以增产。在相同施肥量的情况下,用机械深施基肥可增产5%-10%,而在保持产量不减的情况下,可节约肥料20%。另外,机械化肥深施还可以增加水稻有效分蘖和有效穗,使作的生长平稳,株高适当。

Abstract:The structure, performance and working principle of fertilizer deep distributor model 1GH6 developed by the authors are described and the experimental results of the effect of fertilizer deep placement with the fertilizer deep distributor on rice growing are analyzed. The test results show that fertilizer application methods can affect rice growing in many aspects. Comparing with normal fertilizer application by hand, fertilizer deep placement with this machine for paddy fields can save fertilizer up to 20% with equal yield or increase rice yield up to 5%~10% with equal amount of fertilizer used. In addition, fertilizer deep placement with the machinery can make rice grow more steadily, have a more suitable stem height, increase effective tillering and effective ears.
