| 摘 要： | 《植物组织培养》是农林高等院校林学、园林、园艺、生物技术等专业开设的一门基础课程。基于多年教学经验,从教材选择、教学内容、教学手段及教学方法上对《植物组织培养》课程进行了教学改革,以提高教学质量和学生的实践能力。
