| 摘 要： | 采用细菌内毒素致鸡发热模型,研究卡巴匹林钙在鸡体的解热效果。结果发现给鸡口服40 mg/kg和80 mg/kg卡巴匹林钙可溶性粉剂（以卡巴匹林钙计）可以显著降低内毒素引起的鸡只体温升高,其效果优于40 mg/kg阿司匹林。从经济性考虑,建议卡巴匹林钙口服推荐剂量为40 mg/kg。

| Abstract: | The antipyretic effect of Carbasalate soluble powder on endotoxin induced broiler fever was studied, it was found that oral administration of 80 mg/kg BW(body weight) and 160 mg/kg BW Carbasalate soluble powder showed significant antipyretic effect on endotoxin induced broiler fever, which is superior to 40 mg/kg BW aspirin. Considering the cost-profit, the optimum dose of Carbasalate soluble powder is 80mg/kg BW. |
