| Abstract: | This paper mainly reviewed the recent progress in fresh keeping techniques of table grape.In particular,the mechanism and application of fresh keeping techniques without social effects of pollutions including heat shock treatment,ethanol and acetaldehyde treatment,calcium treatment,controlled atmosphere storage,irradiation storage and biological technique preservation were introduced in this paper. |
