舟山海域海泥细菌的分离及抗水产病原弧菌的筛选

摘    要:采集中国东海舟山海域海底不同层次9个海泥样品,通过稀释培养分离纯化得到海洋细菌78株。采用滤纸片琼脂扩散法测定上述分离所得海洋细菌对鳗弧菌、溶藻弧菌、哈维氏弧菌、创伤弧菌、费氏弧菌等5种水产病害常见病原弧菌的抑制作用,获得具有抑弧菌作用的海洋细菌17株,占21.8%。其中6株菌株对费氏弧菌有明显的抑菌作用,占7.7%。7株菌株对哈维氏弧菌的抑菌作用较显著,占9.0%。2株菌株对创伤弧菌有明显的抑菌作用,占2.6%。2株菌株对溶藻弧菌和鳗弧菌显示一定的抑制作用,各占1.3%。研究结果表明:通过稀释培养法能分离到一定数量和种类的海洋细菌;来自海底泥的海洋细菌中存在较多的具有水产病原弧菌拮抗活性的菌株。

Isolation of Marine Bacteria From Marine Mud of the Sea Floor in Zhoushan Sea Area and Screening of Marine Bacteria Against Vibrio spp.,the Pathogens in Aquacultue

Abstract:Seventy-eight strains of marine bacteria were isolated from nine samples of marine mud from sea floor in Zhoushan,East China Sea.Antimicrobial activities of the strains isolated were tested through filter paper method.Seventeen strains of marine bacteria which is 21.8% of all were found to show antimicrobial activity The antimicrobial activities of the strains isolated above against to bacterium Vibrio furnissii were tested in which six strains SH5-5,SH5-6,SH5-7,SH5-8,SH4-3,SH3-9 which account for about 7.7% were found to show high antimicrobial activity.The antimicrobial activities of the strains isolated above against to bacterium V.harveyi were tested in which seven strains SH4-2,SH4-3,SH4-8,SH3-1,SH3-3,SH3-5,SH3-9 which account for about 9.0% were found to show high antimicrobial activity.The antimicrobial activities of the strains isolated above against to bacterium V.vulnificus were tested in which two strains SH4-8,SH3-1 which account for about 2.6% were found to show high antimicrobial activity.One strains SH6-7 which account for about 1.3% were found to show high antimicrobial activity.with the strains isolated above against to bacterium V.alginolyticus were tested.One strains SH9-1 which account for about 1.3% were found to show high antimicrobial activity.with the strains isolated above against to bacterium V.anguillarum were tested.The result studying is indicated that a certain amount of marine bacteria which isolated from marine mud were found to show antimicrobial activity against to against Vibrio spp.,the pathogens in aquaculture.
