| 摘 要： | 船用柴油机故障诊断系统可以提高轮机工作人员的管理水平,达到快速分析、准确判断及迅速排除故障。它以船用柴油机典型故障为基础,应用Visual FoxPro数据库管理系统建立船用柴油机故障诊断系统。通过柴油机拉缸故障典型实例来具体说明该系统的使用方法和特点。该系统具有可修改、插入和删除等功能,以友好的用户界面和易于操作等特点,实现船用柴油机典型故障的快速诊断。该文的创新点是将船员具有的故障处理的经验及知识作为专家系统,供其他船员的学习,以便准确、快速地处理柴油机的故障。

| Abstract: | Marine diesel engine fault diagnosis system can improve management level of marine engineers,analyse quickly,diagnose correctly and get rid of the fault rapidly.Based on typical faults of marine diesel engine,marine diesel engine fault diagnosis system was built by means of Visual FoxPro software.According to the typical fault of cylinder bore scuffing,operation method and characteristic of this system is demonstrated.This system is provided with functions of modification,insertion,deletion and so on,so it can carry out faults treatment promptly.In the paper,the innovation is the expert system that results from experience and knowledges of marine engineers in dealing with faults,and it can be studied easily by others to deal with diesel engine faults correctly and quickly. |
