枣叶片离体再生体系研究进展

摘    要:枣树高效、稳定离体叶片再生体系的建立是有关枣树细胞工程学和基因工程学研究的基础.枣叶片离体再生困难,再生频率低,这制约了枣树细胞工程学和基因工程学的发展.为建立高效离体叶片再生体系提供参考,对影响枣离体叶片再生植株的主要因素(如外植体、培养基、培养条件等因素)进行了分析,综述了已取得的研究成果,指出了今后研究的重点.
