鸭血浆蛋白(酶)多态性电泳图谱及其与数量性状的关系

摘    要:本试验采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳研究了鸭不同品种、不同品系及其商品代等10个组合的血浆淀粉酶(Amylase)、酯酶(Esterase-1)、转铁蛋白(Transferrln)、前白蛋白(Prealbumin)等四项血浆蛋白(酶)的电泳图谱,发现淀粉酶、转铁蛋白、前白蛋白、酯醉(ES-1)强带的电泳图谱在品种间、品系间都没有差异;酯酶(ES-1)弱带型在不同品种间、及品系间具有统计上的差异,其遗传表达行为与性别有关。各品种间、及品系间的Tf相对含量、酯酶强带相对含量及其与鸭的各项肉用性能的关系无特定的趋向可盲。不同品种、不同品系间酯酶弱带图谱的统计上的差异与数量性状有关;ES-la型频数高的品种或品系,其生长速度快、饲料转化率高,ES-1b型频数高的两个不同专门化品系(指父系和母系)杂交后代的杂种优势率最大.ES-1e型频数以麻鸭类型品种为高。

Abstract:The present study analysed the electrophores ic patterns pf bloodPlasma protein in polymorphisms of Anylase, Es-1, Transferrin, Prealbumin fromdifferent species, specialized strains, commercial stocks of duck and theassociation between the pattern and quantitative traits. The results showed asfollows: There is no difference among the different species, specialized strainsand commercial stocks Transferrin, Prealbumin and bright colour Es-1 bands. Butthere exists differenc. B ignificantly coucerning to the ligkt color Es-1patterns. The behaviour of expression or the inheritance of ligkt colour Es-1bands associated with sex. There is not any significant relationship found amongthe relative amount of Tf bands aud of Bright colour Es-1 bands, and also nosignificaut relationship found between those relative amount of bands and thereiated quantitative traits in different strains and species and the coanercialstocks. The Es-1a pattern frequency is higter, and the growth and the feedefficiency is also higher. As fo two different strains, male strain and the femalestrain whose Es-1b pattern frequency is higher, the heterosis of their hyprid isalso higher. The Es-1c pattern frequency of local Ma duck is higher than anyother species.
