| 摘 要： | 多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pm)可以引起多种畜禽疾病,给养殖业造成巨大的经济损失。为了系统的了解Pm检测、鉴定和分型技术的发展,论文主要对Pm的分类地位、鉴定和分型的传统方法以及分子生物学方法,诸如种特异性PCR、荚膜分型PCR、产毒素Pm的PCR鉴定、16 S rRNA基因测序法、DNA杂交、大分子图谱、限制性酶切分析和核糖体分型、随机扩增DNA片段多态性、脉冲场凝胶电泳及其他各种基因分型技术等进行了综述。
