摘    要:本试验拟采用自制沼气工程保温恒温系统装置,研究了发酵罐内底部加热、内侧壁加热和底部内侧壁组合加热3种加热方式,高温发酵、中温发酵2种发酵工艺等6种状态下,发酵料液温度场分布规律和温度场随时间变化的波动.结果表明:发酵罐内任1种加热方式的发酵料液温度场稳定性、加热的热效率均优于发酵罐外侧壁加热方式.发酵罐内底部加热是较佳的加热方式,其发酵料液温度场分布最稳定,温度场随时间变化的波动最小.
