摘    要:文章应用L16(45)正交试验设计,采用田间试验研究了胡黄连(Picrorhiza scrophulariiflora Pennell)的种植密度和施肥量对其生育期、主要农艺性状、产量和有效成分含量的影响.结果表明,种植密度和施肥量对胡黄连生育期、主要农艺性状、产量和有效成分含量影响显著.在每公顷种植密度13.58万苗,施底肥30t、氮肥164.37 kg、磷肥65.75 kg、钾肥148.88kg时,胡黄连产量最高.
