摘    要:采用营养液培养方法,研究了缺磷对9个玉米品种苗期的生长发育、根系形态、根系活性、氮磷钾吸收和转运率的影响。结果表明:缺磷减少玉米的叶片数、株高、根系活跃吸收面积、植株干重、氮磷钾吸收量和磷钾转运率,增加玉米的总根长、根表面积、根体积、总吸收面积和根冠比。品种间比较,缺磷条件下以‘蠡玉16’的干重最多,相对生物量最高为95.6%,原因是该品种有较大的根系表面积、活跃吸收面积、氮磷钾吸收量、氮磷转运率和磷钾根效比。

Abstract:Plant growth,root morphology and activity,uptake of N,P and K,and nutrients' transport efficiency of nine maize cultivars at the seedling stage were studied under the hydroponics and P deficiency conditions.The results showed that P deficiency decreased leaf numbers and height of plant,active uptake area of root,dry weight of plant,uptake of N,P and K,and three nutrients' transport efficiency.However,the root length,surface area,volume and total uptake area,and the ratio of root to shoot were all increased....
