| 摘 要： | 新疆维吾尔自治区的草原生态环境问题已日益严重,本文在对新疆37个牧区及半牧区县相关指标统计整理的基础上,对新疆草原经济的发展及相关因素作了系统分析,针对性地提出要在发展草原生态产业、完善现有制度、加强社会化服务体系建设、提高牧民的科技文化素质等方面大力发展草原生态经济.
