安庆地区水稻褐飞虱抗药性研究

摘    要:在1988~1994年期间,用点滴法测定了安庆地区褐飞虱对杀虫剂的敏感性。结果表明二安庆地区褐飞虱种群对大部分氨基甲酸酯和有机磷杀虫剂仍是相当敏感的,体壁接触LD50范围介于0.01041~0.07183之间。为了明确安庆地区褐飞虱种群对杀虫剂的敏感性水平,将安庆褐飞虱种群对几种杀虫剂的LDS50与Nagata1967年在日本所测的LD50值进行比较,结果指出:安庆褐飞虱已对西维因、叶蝉散、对硫磷产生了10~20倍的抗药性;抗性的发展与施药水平有密切的同步关系。

Abstract:The Insecticide-resistance of the brown planthoppers was determined by topical treatments with several kinds of Insecticides from 1988 to 1994. The results indicated that the brown planthoppers were sensitive to several commonly-used carbamates and organophosphates,the range of LD50 for winged female adults was 0. 01041 ~ 0. 07183 g/insect. In order to understand resistant level of the planthopper populatio. in Anqing,the LD50 values of some insecticides were compared with those of Fukuda strain in Japan (reported by Nagata in 1967),and based on LD50 ratios,tlle brown planthopper population in Anqing had already developed resistances to sevin (2 ) - holds ), mipcin (18 - holds )and parathion (10 - holds ),The development of resistance was in close relation to insecticide used levels.
