不同类型老年性上睑下垂矫正术术式选择临床研究

目的：探讨治疗老年性上睑下垂不同术式的临床效果。方法根据老年患者上眼睑局部外观和分型分别选择重睑切口、重睑切口＋眉下短切口去除松弛下垂组织及额肌瓣悬吊术。结果65例患者1周左右愈合，重睑线及眼睑外形自然，随访3个月后眼睑功能良好。结论针对老年患者上睑下垂形成原因采用个体化手术设计，术后恢复快，并发症少，手术效果明显，患者满意度高。

Clinical Study on the Selection of Corrective Surgery for Elderly Gerontal Blepharoptosis

Objective To explore the different classifications of therapeutic method for elderly gerontal blepharoptosis. Method Two types are classified by the regional appearance and upper eyelid. Two operations, double eyelid incision and double eyelid incision＋lower short incision of eyebrow,were used to remove the losing and sagging tissues, and the frontalis muscle flap suspension operation was performed. Results 65 patients recovered about 1 month,they were satisfied with their nature double eyelid lines and eyelid appearance,and the follow-up for three months showed that functions of the eyelid were satisfactory. Conclusion The individual operation protocols were designed aiming to the formation cause of elderly gerontal blepharoptosis, which can accelerate the recovery,induce less complications,and itsr effects should be significant and satisfied.
