部分蒸汽法松脂加工工艺研究——土法炼香改造探讨

摘    要:开发一种介于土法炼香与蒸汽法炼香之间的适用于土法炼香改造的工艺:增加熔解、水洗、澄清等工序,蒸馏则用饱和蒸汽减压后作解吸介质,并辅以直接火加热。该法工艺较简单,不用过热蒸汽作加热和解吸介质。所得松香产品的质量较土法的大大提高,接近蒸汽法炼香水平。该法现已投入生产应用。

Abstract:A new technology of oleoresin processing between the traditional and modern one has been developed for feasibly transforming the small oleoresin-processing plants using the traditional technology. The new technological process includes the normal working procedures in a modern process such as dissolution, washing and settlement. But saturation steam below 170°C rather than overheated steam is used as heating and desorption medium and direct heating is adopted as supplement in the distillation operation. The products from the new technology is superior to those from the traditional and can match those from the modern.
