摘    要:施氮是提高叶菜类蔬菜产量的有效措施,然而过量施氮也会对蔬菜产量和品质产生不良影响。通过田间试验研究不同供氮水平对露地油白菜产量、硝酸盐含量和营养品质的影响,结果表明,施N180~240kg/hm2对油白菜的生长发育和产量具有显著促进作用;施N120~180kg/hm2时,能改善其营养品质和卫生品质。氮肥施用量与油白菜产量呈二次曲线关系,与硝酸盐含量呈显著直线正相关关系,基于产量和品质的适宜施N量为180kg/hm2。

Abstract:Nitrogen application could greatly increase yield of leaf vegetable,but excessively applied nitrogen would have a bad influence on yield and qualities of vegetable.Through field experiment,this study focused on how different rate of nitrogen affected the yield,nitrate contents and nutrition quality of pakchoi in uncovered field.The results showed that rate of N 180240 kg/hm~2 could be benefit to growth and yield of pakchoi and rate of N 120180 kg/hm~2 could improve nutrition and sanitation qualities.There was a quadratic equation relationship between rate of nitrogen and yield,and significantly positive correlation was found between nitrate contents and nitrogen application rate,the reasonable N rate of application was 180 kg/hm~2 according to its yield and quality.
