| Abstract: | In this paper, the procedure and methods of the research on the strategic objective of agro-environmental protection in the year of 2020 are introduced, and specific research steps and procedure outline map are given and the methods needed about forecast, decision and the cost-benefit analysis are also introduced, meanwhile some main mathmatic methods are introduced for application. |
