莱茵鹅与四川白鹅杂交的研究

摘    要:目的]了解杂交后代雏鹅的生产性能和外貌特征变化。方法]利用莱茵公鹅与四川白鹅母鹅进行杂交试验,观察后代雏鹅的外貌特征变化,并研究其生长速度和产蛋性能。结果]从杂交后代的外貌特征看,绝大多数雏鹅的绒毛颜色、额瘤大小、体形特征与四川白鹅相似,仅有20%左右与莱茵鹅相似。少数后代雏鹅的绒毛颜色为灰色,可能与莱茵鹅的固有特征有关。后代雏鹅表现出明显的杂交优势。4周龄杂交鹅平均体重比四川白鹅高8.37%,而7和10周龄杂交鹅平均体重比四川白鹅分别高16.49%和15.22%。成年杂交鹅的平均产蛋量为42.35个,远低于四川白鹅。结论]利用莱茵鹅作父本、四川白鹅作母本是较理想的杂交组合。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to understand the changes of the production performances and appearance characteristics in crossed progeny goslings.Method] The hybridization test of rhine goose and Sichuan white goose was made to observe the appearance characteristics changes of offspring goslings and study their growth rate and laying performance.Result] As for the appearance characteristics of hybrid progeny,the villus color,the size of frontal tubercle and shape characteristics of most goslings were similar to that of Sichuan white goose,only that of about 20% goslings were similar to Rhine goose.The villus color of a few of offspring goslings was grey,which was possibly related with the intrinsic characteristics of Rhine goose.The offspring goslings showed obvious heterosis.The average weight of 4-week-old hybrid goose was 8.37% higher than that of Sichuan white goose,while that of 7-week-old and 10-week-old hybrid goose were 16.49% and 15.22% higher than that of Sichuan white goose.The average egg yield of the adult hybrid goose was 42.35,greatly lower than that of Sichuan white goose.Conclusion] Takind rhine goose as male parent and Sichuan white goose as female parent was a more ideal hybrid combination.
