小麦突变体杂交的F_1性状遗传趋势的研究

摘    要:本试验着重研究不同突变体配对后的F_1部分性状的遗传优势。试验表明,用突变体小麦产生的F_1的优势普遍存在,正向优势占一半以上。不同性状优势表现不一,其顺序是株高>千粒重>单株粒重>穗数。几个性状中亲子关系最密切的是千粒重,其广义遗传力达74.48%。通经分析表明,影响单株产量的主要因素是千粒重,其次为有效穗数和每穗粒数。综合性状分析认为,利用507、469和505等突变体来改良浙麦3号,有可能获得较好的后代。

THE HEREDITARY TENDENCY OF CHARACTERS IN F GENERATION OF WHEAT CROSSES WITH MUTANTS
Abstract:Recently, hybridization with mutants has been used in breeding and a series of new varieties nave been released by this method.The F1 per formance and the hereditary tendency of different crosses using mutants was investigated. It was found that more than half of the examined characters showed positive heterosis in F1..However significant differences were noticed wi-th diff-erene characters.The heterosis sequence is: plant height > thousand-grain weight > grain-weight per plant > head number per plant. Among them, The thousend-grain weoight has closest offspring-parent relationship, Its extensive heritability is 74.48%.Path analysis showed that the main factor affecting yield per plant is thonsand-grain-weight followed by the number of effective heads and the number of grain per head.According to the analysis of com-prehnsive characters it is possible to improve the new variety.Zhemai No.3 and get better offspring by using the mutants No.507, No. 469 and No.505.
