摘    要:通过用脱落酸(ABA)处理始花期的辣椒植株,研究了低温及ABA对辣椒叶片质膜透性、MDA、保护酶和脯氨酸等生理生化指标的影响.研究结果发现,低温使辣椒叶片的电解质渗透率和MDA含量增加,使POD和SOD活性增强,使脯氨酸含量上升;喷施50,100,150 mg/L ABA则显著缓解了辣椒叶片的低温伤害,使电解质渗透率和MDA含量显著下降,提高了POD和SOD活性,Pro含量也显著增加,其中以150 mg/L ABA的作用效果最好.

Abstract:Effec of ABA on membrane permeability,MDA content,protective enzyme activity and Pro content were studied at anthesis in pepper.The results showed that electrolytic leakage,MDA and Pro content were increased,and POD and SOD activity were stronger because of low temperature.Exogenous ABA with concentrations of 50,100,150 mg/L can re-lieve the chilling injury of pepper significantly by decreasing electrolytic leakage and MDA content,and increasing POD activity,SOD activity and Pro content.150 mg/L ABA had the...
