| 摘 要： | 职业素养单薄是导致高职学生就业低质化的根本原因.培育学生职业素养既是职业市场对高职院校的迫切要求,更是高职院校自身发展的急切需要.职业素养是高职学生职业发展的核心竞争力.高职院校应当在培育学生职业素养上有更大作为.职业素养的培育应当落脚于学校教育的各个环节,包括思政教育、实践教育和专业教育.

| Abstract: | Weak professional accomplishment is higher vocational students low-quality employment＇s root cause. Cultivating students professional accomplishment is not only the urgent request of job market to higher vocational colleges, but also the higher vocational colleges own development＇s urgent need. The professional accomplishment is higher vocational students career development＇s core competitiveness. Higher vocational colleges should do more something to cultivate student＇s professional accomplishment. Cultivating professional accomplishment should be implement in school education＇s every link, including ideological education ,practice education and professional education. |
