浅析本科金融教学存在的问题及改革对策

金融人才竞争日趋激烈,对本科金融教学提出了新的要求,而目前我国金融教学在培养方案的制定、教学计划的安排、教学方法、实践教学等方面存在着诸多的问题,在这些问题分析的基础上,提出培养方案要体现应用性,教学计划要合理设计;教学方法要灵活多样,增强学生学习主动性;完善实践教学体系,提升实践教学质量;提升教学保障水平,搞好教学管理等改革对策.

Analysis of Problems and Countermeasures on Undergraduate＇s Financial Teaching

The competition for financial talent is increasingly fierce, which puts forward new requirements for undergraduate＇s financial teaching, and many problems exist in the financial teaching in our country at present,？such as training plan to be lack of reality; teaching plan to be unreasonable; teaching methods to be single and passive; practice teaching to be too weak; teaching guarantee to be very poor.This puts forward reform measures including training programs to reflect the application, teaching plans to rational design;？ teaching methods being flexible,enhancing students learning initiative;improving the system of practical teaching and teaching quality; improving the teaching level of security and teaching management.
