The Practical Exploration for Occupational Skill Training of History Majors in Normal University

There are some new requirements for teacher＇s competence and ability, due to the new round of basic education curriculum reform. One of the most important task for the instruction and research of history education curriculum, is to reform and explore a new occupational skill training program for history majors in normal university, and to build an effective training pattern of teaching skills, so that the graduates will improve their occupational abilities. In order to fulfill the task, we must put an effort into the？designing work of occupational skill training for history teachers, pay attention to the training process, and to understand the function and significance of skill training.
