摘    要:
不同饱和方法所得压力-容积曲线的相对位置不同,从而影响对压力-容积曲线进一步分析的结果。插入和漂浮两种饱和方法都不能很好地揭示叶片的渗透调节能力和细胞壁弹性变化,只有整体饱和法(整个植株在相对湿度为100%的密封塑料袋中饱和)较为理想。

Abstract:
Potted experiments were carried out on Shaan 7826(Glycine max L.)tocompare the pressure-volume curves of leaves that had been resatured as intact plants(IP-sealed in a 100% relative humidity plastic bag)with the excised leaves (FS-floatingon the surface of water or HA-held above it).in the study,drought developed over a 4-day period. It was shown that both the resaturation of excised leaves and the resatura-tion by FS could not reveal the osmotic adjustment,and did not reveal cell wall elasticitychange as expecte So, it is suggested that the resaturation of IP is preferential to theuse of excised leaves
