西藏林芝地区黑木耳优良菌株的筛选与鉴定

摘    要:本试验共在西藏林芝地区的20个不同地点采集到20株优良野生黑木耳菌株,然后结合当地的气候特点,通过常规筛选程序进行菌种筛选,以期得到适合当地栽培出耳的优良黑木耳菌株。结果表明,20株试验菌株中X6菌株的母种、原种及栽培种中菌丝的生长速度、抗污染能力和长势等均优于其他试验菌株与对照菌株,然后通过栽培试验和商品性能分析,确定X6为优良菌株。最后通过rDNA的ITS序列对筛选所得菌株进分子生物学鉴定,ITS基因序列比对表明,X6菌株为木耳属黑木耳种。

Abstract:A total of twenty excellent wild A uricularia auricular strains in twenty different areas in the Nyingchi prefec- ture of Tibet were collected. Combined with the local climate characteristics, routine screening procedures was made in order to adapt to local cultivation of the ear of fine A uricularia auricular strains. The results showed that among the twen- ty test strains, mycelia 'of the parent species, the growth rate of the original species and cultivated species of X6 strain were better than the other test strains and control strains in growth rate, contamination resistance and growth model. Then through cultivation test and commodities performance, X6 strain was determined as the excellent strain. At last, ITS gene sequences showed the X6 strain was a black fungus species via the proceeds of the screening rDNA of ITS sequences and the identification of molecular biology.
