添加外源纤维素酶对土壤原生纤维素酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用室内模拟法研究了以玉米秸秆作底物,在pH 6.5、温度27℃的环境中,向土壤施加外源纤维素酶对土壤原生酶活性及其底物酶解率的影响。结果表明:加酶处理总酶活高于不加酶处理酶活,且加酶后的土壤原生酶活性在第3~7天高于不加酶的土壤原生酶活性。各处理酶活在第4天达到高峰后逐步降低。同时添加外源纤维素酶有助于提高土壤原生纤维素酶的底物酶解率。

Abstract:The corn stalk was used as the zymolyte to study the effects of exogenous cellulase on the activity and substrate enzymolysis rate of native celluase in soil under pH 6.5 and 27℃ by the laboratory simulation method.The results indicated that after the addition of exogenous cellulase,the total enzyme activity increased,and the native soil collulase activity was higher in 3~7 days after culture.The enzyme activity got to the peak on the 4th day,and then decreased.The exogenous cellulase could increase the substrate enzymohysis rate of the native soil cellulase.
