| Abstract: | Agricultural financing guarantee is the core to solve the problems of difficult, expensive and complex financing of new agricultural business entities. Taking Nantong of Jiangsu Province as an example, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the agricultural financing guarantee policy in Nantong of Jiangsu Province were analyzed in the paper by SWOT. Relevant suggestions on innovating and designing agricultural financing guarantee and benefit agriculture policies were put forward, such as perfecting the diversified and wide coverage guarantee institution system, clarifying the positioning of agricultural financing guarantee and benefit agriculture system,creating the credit evaluation system of agricultural business entities, improving the supplement mechanism of agricultural financing guarantee funds, and creating the reward and supplement mechanism of agricultural financing guarantee business. |
