白平菇细胞工程菌株的耐热性研究

摘    要:
将通过原生质体再生技术制备的19株白平菇细胞工程菌株,分别在20、25、30和35 ℃中培养.结果表明,有6株细胞工程菌株表现出了比出发菌株较高的耐热能力,同时,所有的菌株在20、25和30 ℃下均能生长,而在35℃条件下菌丝只能萌发,不能生长.经进一步的耐热性菌株的筛选,选育出了一株较耐热的菌株P484.

Abstract:
19 cell engineering strains regenerated by protoplast from Pleurotus ostreatus were studied.When these strains were cultivated under 20,25,30 and 35 ℃,it was found out that six regenerative strains of protoplast grew faster than the original strain.Meanwhile,all the mycelium could grow at 20,25 and 30 ℃,but at 35 ℃ the mycelium could only bourgeon and was unable to grow.The result of further high-temperature-tolerant test showed that the strain P484 was more heat-resistant than other strains.This test proved the feasibility of breeding on edible fungi by the technology of protoplast regeneration.
