近地空间处理小麦干种子对 M_1的生物学效应

摘    要:通过"940703"卫星搭载进行近地空间处理小麦千种子,可使 M_2幼苗叶片数减少,苗高降低,田间的出苗率和成株率有所下降,而对根部的生长表现出刺激作用;与300Gy~(60)Coγ射线处理相比,其 M_1损伤效应显著降低,采用幼苗过氧化物酶同工酶分析也得到充分证实。但近地空间处理在 M_1便有较多的机率产生符合育种目标的一些有益的性状变异,如矮秆、长穗等,频率可达2.22%~11.11%。

THE BIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF THE NEAR-GROUND SPACE TREATMENT ON M_1 OF WHEAT VARIETIES
Abstract:Dry seeds of wheat varieties carried in the artificial satellite"940703" were treated in the near-ground space(NGS).The results showed that the leaf number of seedling,seedling heights,the rates of seedling emergence and plant formation in M_1 were reduced.However,NGS had stimulating effect on the growth of seedling roots.Compared with 300 Gy of ~(60)Coγ-rays,the damage effects of NGS on M_1 were significantly reduced,as proved by the result of the peroxi- dase isoenzyme analysis of the seedlings.It indicated that there were more chances to generate good variations in M_1 by NGS treatment.The variation rates were 2.22%~11.11%.
