基于运动精度改善的曲柄摇杆式分插机构弹性动力优化设计

摘    要:传统设计方法在高速曲柄摇杆式分插机构设计上存在不足。该文对该机构进行了弹性动力学分析,结合运动精度改善法及优化方法,对该机构栽植臂端点的栽插精度进行动态误差补偿,显著降低了栽植臂端点在关键工作位置的失真量,并减少了机构的质量,为高速曲柄摇杆式水稻插秧机分插机构设计提供了一种思路。

Abstract:Since the shortage of traditional design method on transplanting mechanism of high speed crank rocker style, this paper makes an elastic dynamic analysis of the mechanism. Combined with motion precision improving and optimization method, a dynamic error offset of transplanting precision at the endpoint of transplanting arm was made. Its distortion of key working position is reduced obviously, and the mechanism weight is lightened. A new way is proposed for designing a high speed mechanism.
